4 chicken drumsticks
1,5 teacups of yellow rice
1 squeezed lemon
2 squeezed oranges
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of mustard
1⁄2 teacup Oleus Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 teacups of water
salt, pepper, oregano

Put the chicken drumsticks in a pan. Add salt, pepper and oregano on both sides of the chicken. In a blender mix the olive oil with the honey, mustard and the squeezed orange and lemon. Pour this dressing over the chicken and add a teacup of water. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Then, turn the chicken upside down for better cooking. Add two teacups of water and the rice, after it has been thoroughly washed. Bake for another 30 minutes until the water has been absorbed completely.
