Oleus Premium Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cultivated in our privately owned olive groves on the foothills of Mount Paiko in Pella region.

It is multivarietal (Arbequina, Halkidki) extra virgin olive oil with low acidity, which has unique characteristics due to the local microclimate and is harvested in the middle of October.

The olive oil is extracted within a few hours of harvest and cold extracted under ideal conditions.

Characterized by fruitiness of medium intensity, medium bitter, delicate pungent with intense freshness of green olive and tones of red fruits, pepper and freshly cut grass.

It is best to be consumed raw as a finish dressing to a dish to highlight its aromas and flavors.
