KALAMATA OLIVES

Its harvest takes place in November – December by hand. A traditional recipe is then followed, in which the olives are placed in brine, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar of red wine. In 5 months they are ready to be carefully packed.

They are distinguished by their elongated shape, their shiny color and of course their excellent taste.
