PEPPERS WITH OLIVE OIL

Ingredients
2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
2 green peppers
1 clove of garlic, sliced
a few sprigs of parsley
salt and cayenne pepper
1⁄2 teacup of Oleus Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
Wash the peppers and then grill them for 20 minutes. Peel off the peppers, cut them in thick strips and arrange them on a platter in rows. Sprinkle with salt, cayenne pepper and chopped parsley. Pour Oleus Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the peppers and serve.
